About Néboda

History

It all started in 2012, when during a trip to the Netherlands, Ivan was introduced to the world of hydroponics at the NEMO museum, triggering a fascination that would last. Three years later, in 2015, while studying at the Alliance Française, a documentary on hydroponics piqued his interest and led him to investigate and delve deeper into the subject.

That same year, Ivan crossed paths with Rober in the automotive sector. Together, they collaborated on projects where Ivan coordinated robotics and industrialisation teams, while Rober focused on cost-benefit studies. Their friendship grew stronger, and by 2018, they already shared the vision of undertaking a joint project.

During these after-work conversations, Ivan came up with the idea of transforming hydroponics through industrial automation. This idea became the cornerstone of a business collaboration between Ivan and Rober, aimed at revolutionizing the way we think about agriculture and promoting more conscious eating.
